个人简介

主要从事产业组织理论、人力资源管理研究，副教授，硕士生导师。近五年主持国家自然科学基金项目、国家社会科学基金项目、教育部人文社科基金项目、广东省自然科学基金项目等10余项。获得高等学校科学研究优秀成果二等奖1项，广东省哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖3项，以及其他科研奖项7项。以第一作者和通讯作者在《Energy》、《Energy Policy》、《International Journal for Equity in Health》、《Applied Economics》等重要学术期刊发表论文40余篇，其中SSCI/SCI期刊论文33篇，入选ESI高被引论文2篇，JCR1区12篇。撰写的5份关于健康领域的咨询报告得到了省领导批示并采纳，其中一份得到中央政治局委员批示。
