人力资源管理专业

    本专业本着“精理论、熟运用、强技能、善创新、高素质”的“卓越人力资源管理者”的人才培养指导思想,探索有特色的人才培养模式和课程结构体系,系统掌握人力资源管理、劳动关系管理等方面的基本理论、基本知识与专业技能,具有市场经济适应能力和竞争能力、创新精神和实践能力,为政府部门、企事业单位等输送从事人力资源管理以及相关工作的应用型高级专门人才。本专业也是省级专业综合改革专业。本专业现有专任教师11名,其中,教授5人,副教授3人,具有博士学位的教师8人,现有硕士生导师7人。多位教师曾到美国等国家和地区的教育机构进行学术访问和交流。共主持1项国家级、10余项省部级科研课题,在《管理世界》《中国人力资源开发》等国内核心期刊论文发表60余篇。

    This major is guided by the principles of "mastery of theory, strong practical skills, innovative minds and high quality" and "outstanding human resource management", and explores the characteristics of personnel training mode and curriculum structure, to educate the students those can systematically grasp the basic theory, knowledge and professional skills of human resource management and labor relationship management. The students should have the ability to adapt to the market economy, and are suitable for relevant work in the government departments, enterprises and institutions. This major is also a pilot major of provincial comprehensive innovation. The department now has 11 full-time teachers, including 5 professors, 3 associate professors, 8 PhDs, and 7 master advisers. Many teachers have been to the United States and other countries for academic visits and exchanges. There is one national and more than 10 provincial research projects hosted by the department and over 60 academic research papers have been published in core journals such as “Management World" and "China Human Resources Development".
